Ryan Coogler's "Sinners" marks his return to shooting on film for the first time since "Fruitvale Station" (2013), which was filmed using 16mm. However, while 16mm is one of the smallest formats, "Sinners" was shot using the impressive 15/70mm IMAX and Ultra Panavision 70mm, the two largest film formats in cinema.
