Factual Mistake
The New Zealand security guards carry handguns, when in fact nobody is allowed to carry handguns in New Zealand (including the police).

Errors in Geography
The movie starts in Amsterdam. However the guards at the jewelers are kitted in Russian looking jumpers, not the nationwide used security 'uniform' with the 'Tick'. They are armed too, which is not allowed for Dutch security guards (but could be excused for dramatic purposes). Also the streets are clearly not in Holland, most clearly to be seen due to the road signs with are clearly not Dutch

Continuity
During the car chase, Charlie is shown wearing a khaki pant when he gets out of the car. However, when he was driving we see him wearing a jeans.

Continuity
When Naina slaps Spider, she says that she slapped him with her left hand. However, it was clearly visible that she slapped him with her right hand.

Continuity
In the very last scene of the film, Charlie reveals that he, Naina and Bilal hid their Mini Coopers (which had the gold) in MC's garage and fled with three new Mini Coopers in order to fool Spider and his gang. However, the plate numbers of the Mini Coopers are the same and Naina's yellow Mini Cooper has a laptop that she used to hack the traffic system which was not supposed to be there as she had switched her Mini Cooper in MC's garage.
Trivia:
The film's editing took six-and-a-half months, which is the longest time taken for any Indian film to be edited.

Sonam Kapoor hit a lamp post while practicing driving a Mini Cooper for the film.

Most of Sonam Kapoor's driving scenes are done by a stunt double, since she had trouble driving the Mini Cooper.

This is the first Bollywood movie to be shot in the North Pole.
