Krishna Das, a waiter, falls for Keerthi, who resembles him. On the same night Das loses his job and love, Dr. Sanjay Rudra, his doppelgänger, dies in an accident. Rao Ramesh finds Krishna Das and replaces him with Sanjay to save the company, setting the stage for what unfolds next.
