Baluvantha Hoove (2023)

During the lockdown, Suma, a girl from a poor family, struggles to attend online classes due to the lack of a mobile phone. She relies on her friend Prema's device until she feels uncomfortable with Prema's brother Balu's behavior. Suma's brother Manja finds a mobile near a provision store, allowing Suma to resume her classes. However, their father insists on returning the phone to its owner. Witnessing Suma's plight, Siddu, who visits from Bangalore, lends his mobile to her. Rumors circulate in the village about Suma and Siddu's relationship, but Suma discovers that Siddu views her as a sister.
