Annesinin Kuzusu (2023)

At thirty and imprisoned, Murat is haunted by memories and nightmares, internalizing his mother's childhood traumas as his own. Expected by his mother to save her, and pressured by his father—who is married to another woman—to become a man at age seven, Murat's life is filled with turmoil. His circumcision ceremony, meant to be a joyous occasion, becomes a nightmarish hell for him, further exacerbating his struggles with his past.
